With Seller's initial help to Port number and switch carrier to Boost Mobile, i adored this product. I gave him a 5 star rating because he was courteous and helpful in switching. Since am technical savvy, came to know these details below, shocked, total disaster and i had to return the product back to seller for below reasons. Lucky it was an Amazon Marketplace, Thank God!
* Seller claimed it's a Flashed HTC Phone and it's completely Boost Mobile compliant, that's NOT TRUE! If you're a buyer please check with Boost Mobile customer support prior to buying this product and this phone is incompatible to their network. Just like me every buyer would liked the idea, despite this phone being Android - instead of paying $55 per month, i pay $50 per month. Later, almost after 1.5 months came to know from Boost mobile, earlier MEID # is flashed to Sanyo phone which is totally against Boost Mobile Trade policy and no support to my phone is available. When i was totally with no service neither phone or texting for 3 days. My HTC flashed phone is not usable for almost a week. Neither HTC, Nor Boost mobile rendered support for this device. Fortunately, i found this in less than 3 months period and returned the phone.
* Seller does not disclose, however, its my duty to inform others and reveal the facts. To all the favourable reviewers let me ask this question.
HTC evo 4G phone out of the factory comes with a microSD 8gb card, did you get it? - when we buy over here we DON'T.

HTC Accessories such as charger were not authentic ones from HTC, it bears LG logo. When i asked such questions to Seller, which many of these buyers don't, he got defensive asking where did i advertise buyers will get more than a HTC flashed phone and what i hated about this seller was started using abusive language involving my family members as well. Also, he mentioned buyers like me pollute Amazon buying and i need to be removed.
For proof sake, every email Amazon has track of it too. Either i would like Amazon to take necessary action or Buyers like you.
Conclusion: Neither the phone(from Internal Memory standpoint) Nor the Seller is great(in all aspects). Poor Buy, do not regret.
Overall HTC evo 4G phone has half the size of internal memory compared to LG Marquee or Samsung. Competitors carry 2GB of Internal memory Vs. HTC evo 4G 1GB out of which after Sprint factory apps occupy most of it, so we are left with only < 400MB of internal memory. Though i could load micrSD card, installing few apps, we frequently end up in getting low internal memory. Just to clarify this is not RAM, please note this is ROM.

I have wanted to EVO for so long its a execllent phone. But the service is terrible I cant use the internet and I love being on Facebook. When I first got the phone the service was good but now there is even pop up that say checking for firmware update and that I dont have data connection. I may need to give it a little more time but so far Im not satisfied. Which is very disappointing because I love this phone.

I've checked it out, and you cannot use this Sprint phone with Boost Mobile. Also haven't figured out why it says fully flash either.

This phone has an cool display but that was it couldnt get good reception (this phone wouldnt work inside my house and only got 1 bar outside if i stood at a certain spot) he battery life is horrible and charging took 6hrs!!! Everytime I called they told me to call back while they "research the problem" or something to get be off the phone!!! I don't use this phone anymore!! Waste of money!

My sister has this phone and it was fully flashed with cricket wireless, so I'm thinking if it can get flashed to cricket, then it can get flashed to Boost. My husband has a friend who works at boost mobile and he said YES you can flash this phone to boost. He was told that I was going to get it and he said yes it can be flashed, so I believe it can be and should work. I will keep you posted. I get my phone today and it says FULLY FLASHED I rate this a one star until I get it and try out will come back to change.

OK, so I got my phone and I must say I LOVE IT!!! It does work with boost network. I followed the instructions that it came with and the conversion was easy. The only thing is that my internet is slow so I contacted the company I explained to them what it was doing and they told me that it is trying to validate connectivity and should not have the problem within a couple of days. They also told me that if it still has issues for me to contact them and they can fix remotely which is plus. Really friendly customer service, helpful and answered my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to purchase a phone like this.
